PvP — Head Hunters

Anybody can put a price on the head of a character of level 20+: at least 5,000 gold or 25 Premium Coins, paid at once. The player who kills the target takes the reward. Nobody sees who paid for it. A bounty runs for 14 days, then it goes back to whoever placed it. Each account can have 2 bounties at a time.
