PvP — Guild Wars

A guild leader declares war on another guild: the frag limit, how many days, and a stake each guild pays. When the other leader accepts, kills between the two guilds give no skull and no unjustified frag. The first guild to reach the frag limit wins both stakes; when the time runs out, the guild with more kills wins. Each guild needs 3 members of level 20+.
